I was excited to get back to working on the poster for the 17th (!) Floodstock music festival. Erin Flood had taken over the reigns this year and we chatted about including a bit of the history of the Saint John River into the poster. A winding river full of lumber came to mind and I started sketching out ideas.

For this year’s Floodstock poster, I had the notion to use metallic ink again. The idea of a steel resonator guitar gave me the perfect subject matter to explore.
